Attorney at law Valdis Berg, who is one of the most professional lawyers of the Attorneys at Law BDO Zelmenis&Liberte with vast practical experience and has been working with this law office since it was founded in 2007, has become a partner of the Attorneys at Law BDO Zelmenis&Liberte.

The new partner participated almost in all important transactions of the law office and has extensive experience across a wide range of legal activities, in particular – in corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as public procurement disputes. Taking care of the BDO Zelmenis&Liberteawareness and education of society, Valdis actively participates in various conferences and regularly produces interpretive publications in specialist and business media.

Valdis graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Latvian University, was qualified as a lawyer and received social science master's degree in law. Before starting a career with BDO Zelmenis&Liberte V. Bergs worked in JSC SAF Tehnika as well as the Procurement Monitoring Bureau of the Republic of Latvia.
