BDO Zelmenis&Liberte, in cooperation with the Latvian Association of Free Trade Unions (LAFTU) within the framework of an ESF project, has published a book "The comments on Labour Law”.

The book has already been welcomed by a number of experts, for example, a lecturer from the Faculty of Law of Latvian University, Velga Slaidiņa, recognizes that these Labour Law comments are the best issued so far. "The book is at the right time and place," concludes LAFTU employment law consultant Kaspars Rācenājs, "because the number of violations is very big, and legal literature in the labour law field, adapted to today’s situation was very necessary. The book will be very helpful to everyone - both the employee and the practicing lawyer."

The comments on Labour Law are based on the Latvian and EU jurisprudence, and contain a variety of practical examples.
