Dienas Bizness newspaper published an article “Costs of cash presentation”, in which the Attorneys at Law BDO Zelmenis&Liberte partner Janis Zelmenis expressed his opinion on the Regulation of procedure for depositing natural persons’ cash savings in the credit institution’s account, developed by the Ministry of Finance and related to the new Personal Property Declaration Law. J. Zelmenis recognizes that conceptually does not agree that such more stringent control would make a great contribution to society.
