Latvian Employers' Confederation in cooperation with BDO Zelmenis&Liberte and SIA Comperiooffers three training programs:
Training is conducted in the project funded by European Social Fund "Strengthening the LEC administrative capacity in the regions"
Training programs are developed based on the most topical trends in Europe and worldwide. Their schedule is planned combining of lectures with opened debates on the training topics, including discussions with representatives of municipalities. After having participated in all three programs, all auditors receive a LEC Business Resource Centre sertificate.
Training programs:
Municipal Development and Management of Public - Private Partnership (PPP) Promotion.
This training program has been developed and will be executed in cooperation with the experts of Law office BDO Zelmenis&Liberte. Training will concern topics such as strategies for local authorities' economic development and the need to involve social partners and residents in the development planning, PPP projects in various sectors of the economy, practical aspects of PPP execution – public procurements, contract management, PPP project management characteristics, financial aspects.
Bilateral and tripartite social dialogue and human resource management.
This program will focus on various issues of public participation, the most pressing employment law issues, contemporary human resource management techniques, as well as conflict resolution methods such as conciliation and mediation. It will also analyze opportunities for improvement of the social dialogue in the training venues' municipality.
Business development and corporate social responsibility
This program will focus on practical corporate social responsibility (CSR) aspects, such as, for example, CSR program for the organization / enterprise, CSR index calculation. The CSR impact on the company / organization development indicators willbe discussed as well.
In spring 2010 the training will be held in Riga, Liepaja and Cesis. In the fall season – in Rezekne, Jekabpils and repeatedly in Riga. During the period of time until late 2014, the training will take place in other Latviena cities as well.
Employers’ organizations representatives or such municipalities or organizations representatives who are represented in an employers’ organizations can particpate in these trainings. An employers’ organization is understood as Latvian Employers’ Confederation, Foreign Investors Council, the local government employers' association, Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, industry associations, business associations, clubs etc.
Participation in these trainings is for free for the members of your organization.
